The Jefferson County Health Department will be in the district for the Jefferson R7 Flu Clinic on Wednesday, October 5th. The clinic will be held during the school day for both students and staff.
The link to register for vaccination: https://jeffcohealth.jotform.c.... Students and staff register to receive a vaccine by completing the same form. This form will close on September 27th at 11:59pm, so please make sure to complete by that time.
