Mr. Larry Blaha was honored for his years of dedicated service to the students of the district, especially through his support of extracurricular activities. Reflecting on the 33 years he and his wife, Mrs. Debbie Blaha, spent working with the kids, Mr. Blaha shared how they always approached their work with fun, not as a job. He recalled how they took on challenges like starting and coaching the track team, building up sports programs, and organizing fundraisers. Mr. Blaha also shared his stories of helping with homecomings and proms, always finding ways to make the events special for students. Looking back, Mr. Blaha is proud of what the students have accomplished, with many now succeeding in fields like aviation, medicine, and law. Mr. Blaha expressed his deep gratitude for the recognition and to the entire community for coming together to support the kids over the years.
